This iconic image captured by legendary New York photographer Martha Cooper is arguably one of the most recognized subway cars of the New York Graffiti movement. This Dondi masterpiece represented Part 3 of his ‘Children of the Grave’ trilogy. Part 2 can be seen in Martha & Henry Chalfant’s seminal book Subway Art.
